An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

The school is recruiting 3 Infant day SNAs. Experience working with children with a diagnosis of Autism is desirable. The ideal candidates should have a willingness to learn and should have experience of supporting students with sensory needs, challenging behaviours and intimate care needs.

Candidates must be able to work well within a team, display a strong work ethic, be flexible and have the initiative to work independently.
The positions will involve working closely with the teacher in support of children with Autism and other additional needs. The successful candidates would ideally have good communication skills and evidence of continuous professional development in the area of special education.
Appointments will be subject, but not limited to: satisfactory references; current Vetting requirements and Occupational Health Screening.
