St. Joseph’s Special School is designated as a special school for students 5-18 years of age who have been assessed as being in the Mild General Learning Disability Range. Many of our students would have additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Social Emotional and Behavioural Needs and /or Behaviours that Challenge. Experience of working in a special school environment and/or with students with Autism would be desirable and beneficial but not essential. Experience of working with students who present with behaviours that challenge in a positive, proactive manner and /or CPI Pivotal MAPA training would also be desirable but not essential

APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 5.30PM ON THE CLOSING DATE.
