An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Our school has an experienced Professional Support team who will support NQTs while navigating the Droichead process.
Two of our advertised positions are EAL teaching posts for the 2023/2024 school year which is conditional on the school achieving projected enrolment figures on 30th September 2023 for pupils that require support with English as an additional language. Therefore, the post can only be filled on a temporary basis until Friday, 27th October 2023. After this date, the post will become fixed term until 31st August 2024. These teachers will be working with junior classes predominantly.
