Panel of Applicants:
An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
This a permanent position (infant hours) subject to the normal reviews by NCSE. A panel will be formed from which further positions in the next 4 months may be filled. If relevant, please attach PF1 form to confirm panel rights. The successful candidate should have completed a relevant SNA course. Experience of working in a special class or with pupils with autism and challenging behaviour is highly desirable. Evidence of CPD in manual handling, positive behaviour strategies and first aid would be advantageous. The successful candidate should show willingness to work as part of a team, participate in wider school activities and engage with CPD. Applications by email only will be considered.
