An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Additional Information:

Rathcoole ETNS is a developing school in it's third year. We are proud to have opened our second special class. Candidates need to be flexible and have an understanding of SEN in the mainstream and an Autism class. We are currently in temporary accommodation in Saggart but look forward to moving to our permanent site in Rathcoole park in the future.
We love active learning and outdoor learning. We have a Nurture classroom and encourage the use of Restorative practice. Candidates must have knowledge of Aistear.
We pride ourselves on being an inclusive school and have a staff who continue to train and support each other.

Interviews will be held before the winter break.
