An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Additional Information:

St. Joseph's NS invite applications for a SNA maternity leave position starting 29th August until approx June 2023. End date TBC. This is to cover a maternity leave for an SNA on full hours.

SNAs can be allocated to any SNA role within the school at any time, at the discretion of the school Principal. Knowledge and experience of working with children with Autism and Complex Needs is desirable. Candidates should be energetic, flexible and able to work on their own initiative as well as working as part of a team.
