An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

One Substitute Teacher required commencing Tuesday 30th August 2022 for the entire 2022 – 2023 school year.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a face to face interview. Remote interviews cannot be facilitated.
The successful candidate must be registered with the Teaching Council, be qualified to teach Religion, have a current Vetting Disclosure, have completed the Tusla Child Safeguarding e-learning training and must complete Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements (via Medmark) prior to appointment.
The successful candidate will be required to attend a Croke Park Day on Monday 29th August 2022 and should be familiar with Child Safeguarding procedures. Experience teaching infant classes, availability to participate in extra-curricular activities such as GAA are all desirable.
A panel will be drawn up from interviewed candidates for any vacancy which may arise in the school of similar or shorter duration within four months from the date of interview.
