Scoil Íde Naofa has 2 vacancies for bus escorts for the 2021/2022 school year (16 hours per week).
The escort must be available in the mornings and afternoons, 5 days per week.
No official qualifications are required but an understanding of children with special needs is important and the bus escort must be kind, patient, empathetic and reliable.
The escort is responsible for the safety of the child on board the bus/taxi and will be required to provide pupil care needs including, but not limited to, assisting the child getting on and off the bus, securing appropriate seat belts etc. Relevant experience would be highly desirable.
Appointment will be subject, but not limited to: Satisfactory references and current vetting requirements.
