The staff comprises of Principal, Deputy Principal, and Shared SET based in Rahara N.S in addition to part-time Secretary, Cleaner and Caretaker. The school is also the base school for a principal-release cluster.
The following skills, knowledge and experience are desirable:
• Proven ability as lead member of a team with recognised leadership skills.
• Evidence of continuing professional development in a leadership role.
• Ability to promote a culture of learning and creativity in the school.
• Excellent communication skills expressed both in leadership and teamwork.
• Experience in prioritising, planning and organising workload.
• Strong organisational capabilities.
Candidates called for interview will be required to provide proof of qualifications and teaching registration.
