An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

This position is to cover Principal Release Days in 5 schools which will involve travelling (allowances payable). St. Safan's NS is the base school. The other schools are Donoughmore NS, Gleneely NS, Cloughfin NS and St. Eunan's NS., Raphoe.
A calendar of days in each school will be planned in advance. The post will involve teaching in various educational settings hence multi- grade and Special Education experience is desirable. Compliance with statutory requirements for Garda Vetting and Teaching Council Registration is a necessity.
