Additional Information:
CRC School is a special school for children with physical disabilities and who may have a secondary disability. The school is under the patronage of the Central Remedial Clinic. The pupils are aged 3 -18 years. The school has a preschool, primary and post-primary.
Essential Criteria:
Applicants should be fully qualified and currently registered with the Teaching Council.
Familiar with technology
Desirable Criteria:
Experience teaching in a special education setting
Experience devising IEPs
Experience working with challenging behaviour
Experience / training in augmentative and alternative forms of communication
Experience working in a multidisciplinary team
Applicants are asked to ensure they fulfill all essential criteria and have included all required documentation with application. Incomplete applications will not be considered under any circumstances.
Short-listing may apply.
Interviews will be held the week of August 17th face to face with social distancing in practice.
Appointment is subject to Garda vetting, medical fitness and reference checking.
The position commences on 31/08/20 however the successful candidate must be available for 2 Croke Park days before the commencement of the school year.
