An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
Please note that this is a substitute position for the entire next school-year from 1st September 2020 until 24th June 2021 to cover Parental Leaves; it is not a full year temporary contract.
The contract does not entitle the teacher to CID.
Initial duties will be in a large multi-grade class and experience of teaching in such a setting would be of benefit.
Teaching council registration and necessary qualifications will need to be proven by the successful candidate prior to appointment to the role.
