An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
Setanta is a school for students with ASD aged 12 to 18. Position is fixed term until 31/08/20. Classes have up to six students and a mimimum of two SNAs. Experience of students with special educational needs, especially with ASD, an advantage. Familiarity with the maintenance of low arousal environments and positive behaviour management approaches also an advantage. A positive approach, flexibililty and the ability to work as part of a team a necessity.
