An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

This post is initially for a SET position in a mainstream school.
Full teaching council registration is a requirement.
Experience of team teaching, particularly lift off to literacy is an advantage.
The successful candidate will be required to provide evidence of qualifications; Teaching council certificate of registration; certificate to teach Catholic religious education.
