European School Varese (Italy)

For the academic year 2019 – 2020 the secondary cycle of the European School of Varese is seeking dynamic, well-qualified and experienced teachers for the following posts in the Anglophone section:

1) teacher of English language and literature and of English as a foreign language

Applicants should:
• be fully qualified teachers for teaching English language and literature and for teaching English as a second or third language
• possess a PGCE or equivalent (QTS)
• be native speakers
• ideally have at least three years’ experience of teaching in all levels of secondary, in delivering the IB Diploma or A-level

2) teacher of English as a foreign language

Applicants should:
• preferably be native speakers, or at least possess the fluency (C2) to teach the courses in English
• be fully qualified teachers for teaching English as a foreign language
• possess a PGCE or equivalent (QTS) and (I)GCSE for teaching English as a second or third language
• ideally have at least three years’ experience of teaching in all levels of secondary, in delivering the IB Diploma or A-level

The posts are locally recruited positions (statute available on www.eursc.eu) and are available full-time (21 periods).
