An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

One position will begin 29th of August and run for the school year. This will be a fixed term contract. The second position will commence mid-Sept. and is a maternity leave position. Canvassing will disqualify. Additional qualifications and experience relating to Autism would be advantageous. Please state clearly in the application the exact duration of experience in particular settings and whether this was placement as part of a course or substitute work. Please provide the names of referees in whose schools you have worked and know you in a professional educational capacity. Referees will be contacted. Mobile numbers should be provided for access outside school hours. Please submit only the documents requested. Please write 'SNA Application' on the envelope. We regret that only those shortlisted will be contacted. A panel may be formed to fill vacancies which may arise in a 12 month period from the date the appointment is ratified at BOM.
