The Directors of Rathgar Junior School and Kindergarten Ltd are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of School Principal commencing the academic year 2018/2019.
Rathgar Junior School is an established, fee-paying Independent Junior School, teaching the National Curriculum within a Quaker ethos across eight classes from ages 4-12 years. Candidates must demonstrate the following qualities: visionary leadership and high expectations for student learning, creative problem solving, decision-making skills, collaboration and good judgement to create and sustain a positive learning environment that results in continuous improvement for students and staff. The successful candidate will work closely and collaboratively with our existing, experienced management team and staff.
