The Board of Management of Finglas Parochial National School seeks to appoint a Junior Day SNA, beginning in the new school year.

Experience in the role of SNA is essential for this position, as is a relevant qualification. Evidence of CPD is desirable.
The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Have a proven track record of successfully working with children with challenging behaviour in a primary school setting.
- Have a clear understanding of trauma-informed practice.
- Take a neuro-affirmative approach to working with children with an Autism diagnosis.
- Be willing to work cohesively with the classroom teacher to strive for the best possible outcomes for all of our pupils with additional needs.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment which requires a high level of flexibility.
