The Board of Management of Stepaside Educate Together Secondary School invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the post of Principal (Category XV) with effect from September 1st 2024.
Stepaside Educate Together Secondary School is a co-educational secondary school under Educate Together patronage. The building of Phase 1A and 1B of our permanent school is now complete and we are in our brand new home with all of its state of the art facilities.
The Board of Management seeks a dynamic leader who is passionate about educational excellence, is innovative, creative and visionary and has a proven track record in school management. The candidate will possess strong organisational abilities, a deep knowledge of curriculum development and will be an effective communicator who can continue to build positive relationships with students, staff, parents and the wider school community.
The successful candidate will promote the Educate Together ethos and values of the school, maintaining its inclusive culture and high standards.
The post is subject to the conditions of employment of the Department of Education.
The Post is (Category XV) and the rates of allowances are outlined in Circular 0041/2023.

Is meánscoil chomhoideachais í Mheánscoil Oideachais Le Chéile An Chéim faoi phátrúnacht Educate Together. Tá tógáil Chéim 1A agus 1B dár scoil críochnaithe anois agus táimid inár bhaile úrnua leis na háiseanna úrscothacha ar fad.

Tá ceannaire fuinniúil á lorg ag an mBord Bainistíochta atá paiseanta faoi fheabhas oideachais, atá nuálach, cruthaitheach agus físiúil agus a bhfuil cuntas teiste cruthaithe aige i mbainistíocht na scoile. Beidh cumas láidir eagrúcháin ag an iarrthóir, eolas domhain ar fhorbairt an churaclaim agus beidh sé/sí/iad ina chumarsáid éifeachtach ar féidir leis/leí/leo leanúint ar aghaidh ag cothú caidrimh dhearfacha le daltaí, leis an bhfoireann, le tuismitheoirí agus le pobal na scoile i gcoitinne.

Cuirfidh an té a cheapfar éiteas agus luachanna Educate Together na scoile a cuir chun cinn, rud a chothóidh an cultúr ioncuimsitheach agus ardchaighdeáin i ngach áit.
