Additional Information:
This is a Fixed Term part time post to cover a Job Share position. It is a mainstream teaching post initially but may be subject to change . The following skills, experience and qualifications are desirable. Experience of teaching in a DEIS setting, experience of Literacy Lift-Off, Maths recovery and guided reading. Evidence of strong behaviour management skills. Experience of teaching children with special needs in a mainstream setting. Experience of teaching in multi-grade setting.
An interest in promoting and leading extra curricular activities with particular reference to Sports would be advantageous.
Candidates called to interview will be required to provide proof of qualifications, teaching council registration and teaching practice grades.
In order to be eligible for appointment candidates for this position mush have a Certificate to teach Religion.
Envelopes should be clearly marked "Application".
Appointment will be subject, but not limited to : Satisfactory references, Teaching Council Registration, Garda Vetting; OHS
