The following skills, experience and knowledge are desirable;
Previous teaching experience across a multi-grade classroom setting
Evidence of continuing and relevant professional development
Experience of managing people ( in any setting)
Proven ability to work as a member of a team
Strong communication skills
Experience in prioritising, planning and organising work load
Proven leadership skills
Experience in the development, implementation, operation and evaluation of innovative school-based initiatives
Previous experience in policy development.
Candidates must demonstrate commitment to the ethos of a Presbyterian school.
A minimum of 3 professional referees must be provided, including out of hours contact details.
Appointment will be subject, but not limited to: satisfactory references, current and continuing Teaching Council registration, current vetting requirements.
Shortlisting will apply.
