JOB DESCRIPTION
This is an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic, energetic and creative Primary School Teacher to home school two children age 5 and 7 years. The Family are relocating back to Ireland from Los Angeles in August and although settling in Dublin City Centre there will be International travel involved in this role. Nanny Options placed the previous Nanny 5 years ago and although leaving, they highly recommend this position.
Based in the busy home environment and while travelling, the children will be homeschooled through the Irish Primary School Curriculum Monday to Friday 9am till 1:30pm and will participate in activities in the afternoon. Duties will mainly include teaching the curriculum, etiquette, organizing activities, bringing children to play dates and outdoor events. International travel is required and all flights and accommodation will be organised by the family. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging various interesting cultural activities whilst traveling. Flexibility is required as both parents occasionally also travel independently and when they are away some babysitting and weekend stays may be required.
The ideal candidate will have a Teaching Qualification plus a minimum of 2 years’ full time experience teaching 1st and 3rd Class. They must hold a full clean drivers license and be a competent swimmer. As the successful candidate will be working in fully staffed houses it is important that they are a team player. Top salary will be paid for the right candidate.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY

Experience: 2 years’ Full-Time Teaching Experience, preferably with children in 1st & 3rd Class.
