In addition, the following skills experience and knowledge are desirable: Previous teaching experience across all classes in a multi-grade school; Evidence of continuing and relevant professional development; Evidential experience of managing people (in any setting); Proven ability to work as a member of a team;
Excellent communication skills; Experience in prioritising, planning and organising workload; Proven Leadership Skills; Experience in the development, implementation, operation and evaluation of innovative school-based initiatives; An understanding of and commitment to the ethos of a Catholic School; Previous experience in policy development.
