An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
Marino Community Special School invites applications for a fixed term teaching position, arising as a result of a career break. The majority of students have a diagnosis of ASD and present with complex / multiple needs. Pupil teacher ratio is 6:1. There are two SNA staff assigned to each class group. Experience and knowledge of working with students with Autism is preferable.
