An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Following the expiration of the closing date specified in the second advertisement seeking
expressions of interest from teachers on the relevant Supplementary Panel:
The Board of Management initially advertised this permanent vacancy on this website on
the 1st of June, 2017 for teachers listed on the Supplementary Panel for the Diocese of Limerick.
The closing date for receipt of expressions of interest was the 6th June 2017
The closing date for submission of expressions of interest from teachers on the relevant
Supplementary Panel was extended by advertisement on this website to the 9th June 2017
The Board of Management is now proceeding to fill this permanent vacancy through open
competition. Appointment will be subject to Vetting requirements as detailed in DES Circular
0031/2016 & Occupational Health Screening.
This is a permanent vacancy with initial duties in an autistic pre school unit. Experience of working with pupils that present with challenging behaviour and who are within the autistic spectrum disorder would be advantageous.
