An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

There are 3 positions (developing post; fixed-term; job-share), all with initial duties as a
mainstream class teacher.
The application should be made to the address listed and clearly marked "Teaching Job
Application".
A SAE should be included for return of documents where desired.
Your application must be accompanied by contact details for a minimum of 3 professional
referees that include your current/last employer.
Experience of teaching in senior classes and willingness to lead a school initiative such as
Green Schools/Active Schools/Creative Schools/School Band/Choir is desirable, as well as
experience of SEN.
As this is a Catholic school, the successful applicant must have a certificate to teach R.E. Please
outline how you meet these requirements in your letter of application.
Applicants called to interview will be required to provide proof of qualifications and Teaching
Council Registration.
Appointment will be subject but not limited to: Satisfactory references; Vetting requirements;
continued registration with the Teaching Council and Occupational Health Screening.
