POST DETAILS
Panel of Applicants:
An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
It is essential to have relevant experience working with young children in a primary school setting, dealing with challenging behaviours, toileting needs, general hygiene issues and various medical and health issues.
Candidates must be able to work well within a team, display a strong work ethic, be flexible and demonstrate a willingness to avail of further training as required.
Candidates should be energetic, enthusiastic, flexible, able to work on their own and in a team capacity.
Appointment is subject to Garda Vetting, medical fitness, completion of Children First on-line training and reference checking.
Applicants who are deemed to be on the SNA Supplementary Panel should furnish a copy of Panel From (PF1) with their application.
Applications will only be accepted by post.
