Panel of Applicants:
An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
The fixed term is a job share position for the 2022/2023 school year in a Special ASD class. There is also a subtitute maternity position to be covered from 12th September 2022.
Candidates must be a willing team member, display a strong work ethic, be flexible and demonstrate confidentiality for the pupils at all times.
* previous experience of working with children in an ASD class desirable
* previous experience of working with children with complex needs and challenging behaviour desirable
* previous experience of working with children who are a flight risk desirable
* previous experience of working with children with toileting needs desirable

The appointment is subject to Garda vetting requirements, Occupational Health Screening and completion of children First online training.
