An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
Experience of teaching in multi grade co-educational school
Knowledge and experience of teaching children with special educational needs.
Experience in teaching Aistear, Literacy Lift-Off, Guided Reading, Team-Teaching in Literacy and Numeracy advantageous.
Interests/skills /experience in music and sport would be a distinct advantage.
Applicants must have a Certificate to teach Religious Education. It is desirable that candidates can demonstrate how they will contribute to the overall Catholic ethos of the school.
Copies of certificates, diplomas, and degrees to be provided by candidates invited to interview. Do not attach to your application
The appointment will be subject to satisfactory references, current Vetting requirements, Occupational Health Screening and proof of qualifications.
