An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Firhouse ETNS is a developing school with high numbers of children with additional needs. We are seeking an experienced SET Teacher who is highly motivated for one permanent position: The Board of Management initially advertised this permanent vacancy on this website on the 24th day of June, 2020 for teachers listed on the Supplementary Panel for Educate Together. The closing date for receipt of expressions of interest was the 1st day of July, 2020.
The closing date for submission of expressions of interest from teachers on the relevant Supplementary Panel was extended by advertisement on this website to the 6th day of July, 2020. The Board of Management is now proceeding to fill this permanent vacancy through open competition.

There are also 2 Temporary Fixed Term Teaching positions for one year, one in Mainstream and one in SET.

NOTE: Interviews will be held on 22nd/23rd July.
