Panel of Applicants:
An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
This is a 0.83 post (infant hours)and is subject to the normal reviews by the NCSE. Panel applicants should attach a certified PTF1 form. Appointment will be subject to vetting requirements. Please mark " SNA application" on the envelope.The successful candidate will have strong teamwork skills and must demonstrate practical experience in the management of challenging behaviour and the promotion of positive behaviour strategies.
Candidates must display a strong work ethic, be flexible and demonstrate confidentiality of the pupils and school at all times. The position will involve working closely with class teachers and other staff in support of children with Special Educational Needs. Experience necessary.
