An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Please attach a copy of Panel Form 1 (PF1) to confirm panel rights. The vacancy is for 1 full time post and 1 infant day post (0.83 of a full-time post). Candidates must have a strong work ethic, respect the ethos of the school and be flexible and willing to work under the direction of the class teachers and school Principal. Scoil Íde has an Early Intervention class for children on the autism spectrum. Relevant experience working in an ASD class, assisting children with Down’s syndrome and with Intimate care needs and ICT skills in assistive technology are desirable.

Applicants must satisfy all DES appointment criteria.
The posts are subject to review by the DES/ NCSE.
