Panel of Applicants:
An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
Presentation Primary School is a mainstream school with an ASD Pre-School attached. The successful SNA will be required to work in both settings.
The first position is a permanent Junior Day position equal to 0.83 of a full post.
The second position is to cover a maternity leave until 26th March 2021 in a Junior Day post also equal to 0.83 of a full post.
It is desirable that the SNA would have experience of working with young children with a diagnosis of ASD as well as having experience of working with a child with medical needs.
Garda Vetting Certificate will be required.
