Additional Information:
St. Joseph's is designated as a special school for students aged 5-18 years of age assessed as having Mild General Learning disability. Many of our students have additional difficulties such as Down Syndrome, ADHD, ASD, and social and emotional behavioural difficulties. Candidates will be short listed for interview- those applicants called for interview must have had SNA experience. Essential criteria for the post includes SNA experience in special school setting, experience of working with students with Mild GLD, experience of working with students with autism and/or challenging behaviour. Experience in use of LÁMH and positive behaviour interventions such as CPI MAPA or Studio 3 also required. Applications from SNAs on SNA panel must have panel form clearly attached.
