Deputy Principal (Pastoral) CHRIST THE KING SIXTH FORM COLLEGE LONDON
Description:
Salary circa £80k per annum
Christ The King is a leading sixth form college in South East London with a long history of strong performance and success. We are one of the largest sixth form providers in London with three sites, over 2200 students and an enviable record of progression for our genuinely comprehensive, multi-ability and diverse intake. Ofsted graded the College Good in 2017.
We are seeking to appoint an exceptional leader to have strategic and operational responsibility for the pastoral curriculum including catholicity, tutorial and wider learning, CPD and safeguarding. As a Senior Post Holder, you will work closely with your fellow senior leaders and the Board of Governors to ensure provision is innovative, well planned and delivered to the same high standard across the family of colleges. You will also provide leadership to one of the college sites.
To succeed in this role you will be an inspirational leader with a strong sense of purpose and should have a good track record in the management and development of staff. As part of the Senior Leadership Team you will play a crucial role in driving forward the strategic direction of the college.
The successful candidate will be a committed practising Catholic.
