It is preferable that the candidate will be qualified to teach at least one other curricular subject. Irish as a second subject would be an advantage but is not essential.

With only having two year groups at present, there are 10 hours of French for the coming academic year. As such, hours will be negotiated depending on other subjects that the candidate is qualified to teach. Teaching of other subjects may be required. Experience in the teaching of short courses and Special Educational Needs (SEN) is desirable.
