An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

We are seeking to fill one full-time post in one of our classes for children with Autism. We are inviting applications from candidates who have experience of working with children with ASD and who have good knowledge and experience of positive behaviour support strategies. Duties include catering for care needs such as toileting, dressing and feeding, assisting pupils in the swimming pool and supporting students with challenging behaviour. It would be desirable for candidates to have some experience of using PECS, TEACCH or Lámh.
Croke Park Hours will also be a requirement on a pro-rata basis (72 hours for this post which is a full time position)
