An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
Firhouse Educate together National School is a developing school which opened in 2013. In 2018 we opened two Special Classes for children with autism. Our school has a high number of children with complex additional needs and we are very proud of all the great work our staff put into our inclusive school as well as upholding our Educate Together ethos of equality based education.
We are recruiting for two permanent teaching positions: a Mainstream Class Teacher and a Special Education Teacher.
N.B. Please note interviews will be held on Thursday 4th July 2019.
Our school re-opens on 29th August 2019 and all new teachers will be expected to attend induction and Staff Planning Meeting on the 27th August 2019.
