This is a part-time position (0.5 post).
Salary and conditions as per the Department of Education & Skills. This appointment is subject to sanction by the Department of Education and Skills and Patron of the school. The position is subject to review by the NCSE & SENO.
Desirable Criteria :The ideal candidate will have knowledge & experience of working as an SNA and Experience in managing challenging behaviour and children with Anxiety. The understanding of Multi-Sensory Integration and Alert Programmes would be a distinct advantage. First Aid qualifications and
computer competence would be highly desirable.Willingness to work as part of a team & participate in school activities & a willingness to avail of further training.
Successful candidate will be expected to respect the confidentiality of pupils at all times.

A completed Panel Form1 (pf1) must be submitted with the applications if applicable. Garda vetting Clearance is mandatory for this position & medical fitness certificate from Medmarc, Occupational Health Screening, is also required.
