An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

This is a Fixed Term Part Time (10 hours) SEN Teaching position for the duration of the remainder of the school year 2018/19. Hours will require attendance at school every day at varying times so as to meet the needs of particular students.
Experience of writing SMART Targets for Pupil Profiles/IEPs along with good programme and lesson planning skills is desirable. Experience and knowledge of catering for the needs of pupils with ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia and Sensory Processing Disorder will be advantageous as will an empathetic child centred approach to teaching. Candidates should have an interest in promoting extra-curricular activities.
The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a small, established, cohesive team and to display a high degree of flexibility and initiative. Full Probation will also be advantageous. Applications should be clearly marked; “SET Post
