The Board of the Ursuline Secondary School, Blackrock, Cork, invites applications from suitably qualified people for the post of Principal to take effect from September 1st 2018.
The school is a Catholic Voluntary Secondary School (Category X) under the trusteeship of the Le Cheile Trust. The school is an all-girls school, and has an annual enrolment of 220. Roll Number 62650P
The successful candidate will be fully committed to the Catholic ethos of the School and possess a high level of active leadership skills, organisational ability and interpersonal qualities, to manage, co-ordinate, develop and evaluate the academic, pastoral, spiritual and sporting aspects of school life. They will be an entrepreneurial person with an empathy for the charism of the School and its contemporary expression and who will develop its agenda for excellence. The Principal will be expected to drive change internally and to promote the School externally.
