As Burrane N.S. is a Catholic school, applicants must have a Certificate to teach RE. In addition the following skills, experience and knowledge are desirable. Previous teaching experience across all classes in a multigrade school. Evidence of continuing and relevant professional development, evidential experience of managing people (in any setting). Proven ability to be both a team member and an excellent communicator. Experience in prioritising, planning and organising workload. Proven leadership skills. Experience in the development, implementation, operation and evaluation of innovative school-based initiatives. An understanding of the commitment to the ethos of a Catholic School.
