3. Applicants must have a recognised Certificate to Teach Religious Education in a Catholic School.
4. The following skills / qualifications are desirable:
(a) a relevant qualification in educational leadership and management
(b) evidence of continuing and relevant professional development
(c) proven leadership skills (experience in the development, implementation, operation and evaluation of innovative school based policies and initiatives).
