Panel of Applicants:
An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
In order to be eligible for appointment candidates for this position must have a certificate to teach R.E.. Initial duties as mainstream class teacher of Senior Infants and 1st Class but these duties may be subject to change.
The following skills, experience and qualifications are desirable:
Experience in teaching infant classes in a multi-grade class setting, Experience in Aistear, Literacy Lift-Off and Guided Reading, Team-Teaching in Literacy and Numeracy, Experience of teaching children with special needs in a mainstream setting, Musical competence and Probation. Please detail how you meet these requirements in your letter of application.
