This is a Part-Time Teaching Position for one year (initially 6 hours per week) teaching P.E. to children from 3rd- 6th Class
The hourly rate will be paid by B.O.M. and is dependent upon experience/ qualifications, it will be in line with DES pay scales.
Interviews will take place during the week commencing 26th June.
In order to be eligible for appointment to this position, candidates must be willing to uphold the Catholic Ethos of St. Raphaela’s Primary School.
In addition, the following skills and experience are desirable: Full probation; Previous experience of teaching pupils at primary school level; Experience in the implementation and assessment of the Primary School Physical Education Curriculum (Please detail how you meet these requirements (including details of your Certificate to teach R.E.) in your letter of application.
Appointment will be subject (but not limited) to: satisfactory references, Teaching Council registration, compliance with Garda Vetting requirements as detailed in DES Circular 0031/2016.
A minimum number of 4 eligible applications are required in order for this competition to proceed.
