To cover short term sick leave for Catering full time Resource Position (37 hours). Modules include: Short Order Cooking Level 4, Culinary Skills Level 3 and Breakfast Cooking Level 3. CDETB programmes are accredited by QQI. Successful candidate should have current Garda Vetting clearance (i.e. from 1st Jan. 2016) before he/she can take up duty.
